So, in point form:
- greeting a slightly jet-lagged and gift-bearing husband at the train station
- not having to eat meals that can be eaten cold or re-heated in microwave since Thursday
- finishing a draft of my first thesis chapter (!!)
- watching videos with my live-in Scrabble partner and taste-taster

- sharing a coffee and a Snickers muffin at the mall
- Christmas shopping at the East Midlands Designer Outlet
- making headways on my one-year-behind scrapbook
- knitting half a sock
- avoiding a Sunday morning run because of the rain and cold winds
- watching the first snowfall of the season
