A few signs that we will be in the UK for a wee bit longer than most of you (including me!) were intending:
-- signing up at the local gym with a 12-month contract
-- exchanging my BC driver's license (with my pretty picture) for a UK one (with a horrible picture of me)
-- considering post-doctoral posts in England
