part 2: pembrokeshire

On the second full day of our beach holiday, we drove along narrow roads (again!) to Pembrokeshire for a day of coastal walking. Not much to say about this but I'm sure the following pictures will describe the breath-taking geography we encountered (in case you're interested, the 4th photo shows my favourite shade of blue-green):

Now, if the above photos didn't make your jaw drop, I'm sure that the next lot of pictures will. The beach -- which I proclaimed, upon arrival, as the "most prettiest non-tropical beach I've ever been on" -- made a lovely spot for us to bare off our clothes (with swimsuits underneath, silly!) and have a picnic lunch.

It's gorgeous! And all the more so because there's no one else there! Where did all the people from your campsite go??

I don't know.

As you know, we're early birds, so we left while everyone was woofing down their bacon and beans. Not sure if they spent their day at the campsite or if they ventured down to the nearby beaches later in the day.

The photos are a bit misleading as there were people there but they weren't captured on pixel.
