As the weather has been highly variable this summer, we have quickly learned to take each sunny day by storm (no pun intended).
While we had a quick peek at Kirby Muxloe a few weeks back, we decided to go back there for a wander inside the castle-with-a-surrounding-moat and a picnic lunch.
