thursday night curry

I had to attend a writing course while the two guys amused themselves for the day. From what I gathered, it mostly involved recovering from jet lag for one and playing on the computer for the other in the morning and a walk in the Peak District in the afternoon.

We're trying to fulfill our friend's visit with the total English experience. While we're not totally sure what this really means, as we -- I mean, I -- haven't quite assimilated to the culture here, but we're sure that is means going for curry at the pub. As today is Thursday, half of the town's population was also at Wetherspoon's for their curry night. It was also our first visit to an non-smoking English pub since July 1st.

Tomorrow, will be a game to find the sun in this country.
