G: Happy Birthday, dear [groggily]
H: [rubs eyes to focus eyesight on the alarm clock] It's not my birthday yet. It's not the 26th in BC yet.
G: Hmpfff [falls back asleep]
*** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***
So, here I am enjoying the last couple of hours before another anniversary of my birthdate (and surprisingly, this number is even scarier than last year's number). It's unfathomable that so much has changed since my last rainy birthday in Vancouver.
I want to thank everyone for sending cards and electronic messages, and for those that haven't, there's still time ;)
